In this section you will find updates related to the Trust Platform.
IMPROVEMENT
Workflow Builder taking the whole screen.
With the aim of improving usability in the Workflow Builder, optimizing screen space within our system to ensure that the customer has a focused and expansive environment for working on validation flow creation, the Workflow Builder will occupy the entire screen of the Trust platform, providing more space for the flow creation area and features like the ability to zoom in on stages to improve visibility and usability.
Important: This improvement and feature are only enabled for international accounts.
Standardization of nomenclature in the Onboarding Builder.
With the aim of standardizing terminology, we have standardized the terms used for Person (PF) and Company (PJ) in the Onboarding Builder in the same way as we are using in the workflow builder.
For English: "Person" and "Company".
For Spanish: "Persona" and "Empresa".
For Brazil: "Pessoa Física (PF)" and "Pessoa Jurídica (PJ)".
In addition, in some places, we will use icons with symbols representing "Person" and "Company" only, and a tooltip will appear when hovering over them, providing an explanation of the terms mentioned above.
Important: This standard will apply to all types of accounts (national and international) according to their translation. However, it will not have an impact on Brazil as we were already using the standard terminology in Portuguese.
Other improvements:
Support new countries for KYC.
Possibility to consult the country Brazil in Search KYB.
CORRECTION
Fix of execution list issues of INTL Trust Platform.
Naming adjustment from "Reproved" to "Rejected".
Corrections in translations and in items not yet implemented for the international version.
Workflow List: Creating a pattern in the list of created Workflows. Showing in creation order and including pagination.
