Manual reprovals

Transactions that are identified in the flow as not likely to have a completion will be manually reproved by our support team. The cases will be reproved with a special field in the document called manualReprovalReasons.

List of manual reproval reasons

52	Documento ilegível: apresenta obstrução na imagem (invólucro plástico, reflexo, adesivos, etc...)	Illegible documents: has obstruction on image (plastic wrapping, reflection, stickers, etc...)
60	CPF enviado como parâmetro diverge do documento	CPF sent as a parameter deviates from the document
61	Envio não possui as fotos necessárias para análise (Frente)	Submission does not have the photos needed for analysis (Front)
62	Envio não possui as fotos necessárias para análise (Verso)	Submission does not have the photos required for analysis (Back)
63	Algum dado informado no parâmetro de entrada diverge do documento	Some data informed in the input parameter deviates from the document
70	Documento não suportado	Unsupported document

94	O nome identificado no documento não condiz com o cadastro da Receita Federal	The name identified on the document does not match the IRS registry
95	A face foi encontrada na base compartilhada de suspeitos	The face was found in the suspects' shared base
96	Pessoa politicamente exposta	Politically exposed person
