New Query
Introduction
The New Query functionality is designed to allow the client's operational team to perform validations and queries related to a Person or a Company. In other words, without the need to send any links to end users or engage in more technical integrations, the operational team can submit the necessary documents and information for analysis with just a few clicks within our platform.
This option only performs queries for Person (PF) and Company (PJ) in the Brazil flow and for KYC in the Global flow. For KYB queries via Trust Platform, a different set of instructions must be followed. To learn more, please visit Company.
How to perform a query via Trust Platform?
To carry out a query via Trust Platform, it is necessary that a processing flow have already been created. Query Template for Brazil transactions or a Workflow for Global transactions. If you want to know how to create one, access Query Templates or Workflow Builder.
With the processing flow created, the validations and rules to be executed are defined, making it possible to perform queries to validate a person or a company via Trust Platform.
Here's how:
Click on the "Queries" menu.
Select the "New Query" submenu.
A modal (pop-up) will appear with two possible options. To proceed with the query via Trust Platform, keep the "New Query" option selected.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Next, you will be asked to select the processing flow you want to link to that transaction. If you don't have any created, you can click "Create New" and be directed to the creation screen, or continue selecting an existing one.
According to the processing flow selected, you will be asked to fill in some information and/or upload documents. Once completed, click "Send". Once done, your query will be processed and you will be able to follow its status on the "Executions" menu. For further information, please visit Executions.
An alternative pathway for Brazil accounts
There is also another way to carry out a new query via Trust Platform, which is right after saving a new processing flow model, the user is given the option of clicking on the "Web Panel" button and following the same steps mentioned above.
